Mix the egg with the banana in a blender.

Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk together.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees and pour the mixture into a bowl previously greased with EVOO or coconut oil.

Bake on top and underneath for 30 minutes. The dough is not dry.

Before baking, dark chocolate and nuts can be used as topping.

Let cool and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. And, that's it!
