INGREDIENTS (for 8 units): - 100g of peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter). - 1 banana (more or less between 80-100g) - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon - 60g oat flakes - 60g of oat flour - a pinch of salt - 85% chocolate or higher to taste

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Mash the banana with a fork to a puree and mix it with the peanut butter, cinnamon and salt.

Add the oat flakes and mix.

Add the oat flour and mix again, this time with your hands to integrate it well into the dough.

When it does not get stuck in our hands (if it does, we can add a little more flour), chop a few ounces of chocolate and add them to the dough.

Shape the cookies and bake them for 10 to 15 minutes.
