With a little milk and the 6 dates we make a paste by crushing everything.

Boil the rest of the milk or vegetable drink with a teaspoon of cinnamon and lemon zest.

When it starts to boil, remove from the heat and add the sachet of neutral gelatin and stir until well mixed. Add the date paste, the 4 eggs and 4 tablespoons of grated coconut.

We put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and it's ready !
