Preparación de la receta

Mix 250 ml of warm water with the yeast.

Add the flour, salt and oil.

Mix until it comes out of your hands

Form a ball, make some cuts and sprinkle flour on top.

Put the ball in a roasting bag coated with oil and bake in a cold oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees and then another 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Check at 30 minutes just in case. Let cool 10 min before cutting.

Will hold up to 3 days wrapped in a cotton rag
