Potatoes and carrots: First peel the potatoes and carrots, cut them into sticks and put them in a bowl with a spoonful of EVOO, a spoonful of lemon juice and rosemary, salt and thyme to taste. We put them in the oven at 180掳 for about 25 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Tofu: (It's from a recipe from Bite da Hype on YouTube). First we cut it thinly and put it on a plate, add onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, pepper and sweet paprika to taste. And on top soy sauce and EVOO. We put it in the microwave for 4 minutes as it is, without covering it, and after 4 minutes we turn it over and add the spices again (omitting the liquids and the pepper) and put it back in the microwave for another 4 minutes.

The "mayonnaise": (from a recipe from Las Recetas de MJ on YouTube) Take the cheese and add EVOO, lemon juice and salt to taste (a dash more or less, and a little salt, I overdid it) and beat it until it has a creamy texture, like a mayonnaise.
