Cut all the vegetables and mushrooms and put them in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil.

When everything is well poached, add the chicken and a splash of soy sauce.

Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan with the rest of the ingredients with another little bit of soy sauce.

Add a beaten egg with the fire off and let it cook to taste.

I don't add salt because for my taste soy sauce is salty enough! Enjoy ☺️
