Flan of egg whites with oatmeal base

You add oatmeal in a bowl, soak it in water and cook it in the microwave for 2'.

Cook the egg whites in the micro. In mine 2'30".

In a cup add the water, milk and sweetener to taste. Heat 1'30" in the microwave.

Add the gelatin (previously hydrated in cold water) to the milk and beat together with the egg whites until a uniform mixture is obtained.

Add the seeds and whisk to integrate. In my case, Chia, flax and pumpkin seeds.

Pour over the oatmeal and cover with a layer of cinnamon. Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
