In a frying pan pour: 1. water 2. Oil 3. Flour 4. Yeast 5. Salt Mix everything well and spread on the base.

Pour the tomato on top, spreading it very carefully without leaving any area of the base without dough. Then add the cheese and the pizza toppings, in my case mushrooms.

We put it over medium heat for 15' WITH COVER and it is ready.
