Soak the dates in water for about 15 minutes. With the indicated amount of dates it is quite sweet, if you want it less sweet, you can put less.

Preheat the oven.

Put all the ingredients except the nuts and the chocolate in the mixer and blend well until you obtain a homogeneous paste.

Add the chopped chocolate and walnuts (in my case I did not add walnuts because the kids do not like them).

Pour into a rectangular mold. I have 2 one of 22x10 cm and if I make the double recipe I use the one of 30x 12cm (the one I used for the one in the photo).

Bake 30 or 35 min (depending on the oven) at 170gr. And enjoy this delicious way of eating legumes 😃.
