Of the 450ml of milk, boil 400ml in a saucepan. The remaining 50ml are left in a glass and add a sachet of Agar Agar and mix well. When the milk is about to boil, add the remaining milk and stir for 2-3 minutes.

While the milk is boiling, peel the banana and cut it into pieces. Put it in the blender with a protein yogurt and blend it together.

When both parts are ready, add the milk to the banana beaten with yogurt and mix well. Fill about 4 small glasses and let stand until it cools down a little to put in the refrigerator. It will be ready in about 2 hours.

The toppings are added to taste. In this case I added blueberries, raspberries, pomegranate, cashews and melted 85% chocolate.

We can substitute the banana for a mango if we prefer.
