You can't call this a recipe. Grind all ingredients except salt, lemon and yogurt. Obtain an emulsion.

Add the yogurt. Emulsify again. Add lemon and salt to taste. And taste.

Perfect for salads. Very suitable (I think) for pasta salads and for a caprese salad. Even for dipear if it is left thick. With these proportions you get a lot of sauce. Keep in the refrigerator for no more than 7 days.
