For two people, I use half a toad skin melon. I remove the skin and pips, cut it into large squares and throw it in the blender jar along with the mint and ice. I blend it all.

I cut the ham slices into small squares and fry them in the pan to make them crispy.

Serve the soup and add the ham on top.

The amount of mint is to taste depending on whether you like it with more or less intensity. You can also make it with mint. 馃尶The melon can be of any type but I personally like it much better with this one. You can saut茅 the ham with a little EVOO but it already contains fat. 馃尶The ice can be used to give it a cooler touch or if the melon was not in the fridge but you can also make it with frozen melon or leave it in the fridge before serving.
