Clean the sea bass in two fillets

Peel the three cloves of garlic and slice them.

Laminate the dried chili pepper

Add extra virgin olive oil to a frying pan and, when hot, cook the garlic and chili pepper for half a minute.

With the same oil, cook the fillets skin side up for two minutes.

Once cooked, place them on a baking sheet and bake for five minutes with the skin side down at 180°C / 355°F.

When the five minutes have elapsed, leave them for five more minutes with the oven off.
