In a bowl add the flour, water and oil and mix all the ingredients. If the dough sticks to your fingers add more flour until it does not stick and let it rest for a while while you prepare the vegetables.

Cut the vegetables into small squares, put them all in a bowl and add the spices and olive oil to taste (a generous splash).

Knead the dough with the help of a rolling pin and place either directly on the oiled baking sheet or on baking paper and roll out to the desired size (I like the dough quite thin).

Bake the first 30 minutes at 140° and the following 20-30 minutes at 200°. You will see. At the beginning I recommend the lowest heat so that the vegetables start to cook. ⠀
