First of all we will cut the vegetables. We cut the onion and put it in the frying pan with a little oil. Then we will do the same with the carrots and the zucchini.

We will boil the gnocchi in a saucepan with water. We will go stirring the vegetables and we will add the sausage previously cut to pieces.

We will put the milk cream in the pan with the rest of the ingredients, then we will add a dash of soy and black pepper. Then add the gnocchi. To finish we will put the grated cheese to taste, I have used grated emmental cheese. Mix the cheese with the rest of the food and add a little oregano and it is ready to eat!
