The night before, hydrate 3 tablespoons of chia seeds in a cup of freshly brewed coffee. Add a teaspoon of agave syrup, honey or sweetener to taste and leave overnight in the refrigerator.

In the morning, mix some mascarpone cheese with natural/soy yogurt and cinnamon powder.

In a large glass put a first layer of the coffee/chia mixture, another layer of mascarpone/yoghurt, another of coffee/chia and another of mascarpone/yoghurt. Sprinkle the pure cocoa on top and that's it!
