Minced beef rolls with lettuce au gratin

Preheat the oven to 180º.

Poach the onion cut in small squares with the EVOO. Once it is ready, add the crushed tomato and let it cook for a few minutes until it thickens. Finally, add salt and ground black pepper.

Boil the lettuce leaves for 1 min (I boiled them one by one so they don't stick together).

Dry the lettuce leaves and assemble the rolls together with the raw minced meat (in my case beef but you can use turkey for example or even hydrated texturized soybeans). To hold the roll you can use a toothpick.

Put the tomato and onion sauce in a baking dish and place the rolls on top of the sauce.

Finally, add grated cheese to taste on top and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180º.
