Mix all the ingredients and let the dough rest for 10 minutes. The yogurt can be replaced by one with vegetable milk.

Flour the work surface and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. If it is too dry, add a little water, but be careful, it should not be too sticky.

With a round mold, make the shape of the dumplings.

Fill to taste. I like them with caramelized onion and goat cheese or chicken curry (chicken mince, a tablespoon of yogurt, onion, curry, turmeric and pepper). Be careful that it is not too liquid or the dough will be mushy.

Bake at 250° with heat up and down. In my oven it takes 10 minutes. Turn over when they start to get toasted and bake on the other side.
