Beat 1 egg with the almond drink and the melted coconut oil.

Add the flours and ground almonds and knead well (better if you have a mixer).

With a rolling pin, flatten the dough so that it is about 2mm thick. Then cut out rather elongated triangles and make a vertical cut at the base. Put 1/2 ounce of chocolate in each one, roll up carefully and paint with the other egg.

Finally we decorate them with almond pieces and bake them in the oven for 30' at 180C with heat up and down, READY!
