Spinach malfatti with ricotta cheese

Defrost the spinach. Put the 4 cloves of garlic in a frying pan with a little oil and when they are golden brown, add the spinach. Sauté for 5 minutes.

Put the ricotta in a bowl with the egg and stir until well blended.

Add the spinach to the bowl of ricotta and egg and mix well. Once this is done, add the flour little by little. We also add the salt.

When everything is well mixed, start making balls the size of a walnut, or a little more. Prepare a saucepan with boiling water and add them little by little (maximum 7), leave them until they float (2 minutes) and take them out.

When we have them all, prepare a tray in the oven, add the tomato and oregano and place the balls on top. Put them in the oven for 15 minutes (if you want you can add parmesan cheese on top) and let them gratinate. Ready!
