Cut the spring onions into small pieces and poach them in a frying pan.

When they start to become transparent, add the crushed tomato. Season with salt and pepper and add a little sugar to reduce acidity.

Leave on medium heat for about 10 minutes and add the tuna (previously removing the water).

Grease the mold where we are going to make the Musaka and put a base of thinly sliced eggplants.

Then add a layer of tomato sauce, a layer of sliced cheese (I put 4 but you can put more, to taste), another layer of eggplant and another layer of sauce. Finally the eggplants and the leftover sauce and sprinkle the cheese powder on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170º, about 20- 25 min.
