Pineapple and strawberry ice cream

Pour half a glass of yogurt into a mashing bowl along with a slice of pineapple. Once mashed, fill the ice cream molds halfway.

Then, mash 2 strawberries with the rest of the yogurt and pour back into the ice cream molds. Take it to the freezer and... ready! 🍧🍨

Tip/trick 1: so that the ice cream stick does not dip, add a small spoonful of yogurt at the end of the ice cream, as it has a thicker texture it will stay at the height of your choice. Tip/trick 2: if you want the cut of the colors to look more differentiated, freeze the pineapple halves first. Otherwise it will look like mine, a little bit blurred. Pd: with these measurements I got 4 ice creams, but you can adapt them to your taste or even try with other fruits.
