For the NACHOS: Cut the tortillas into 8 triangles. Brush with the mixture of EVOO, spices and a little grated cured cheese. Bake at 180°C (preheated) for 10 minutes. Let cool.

For the GUACAMOLE: Mash the avocado to a paste. Chop the tomato and onion finely. Mix everything together and add a pinch of salt and the juice of half a lemon to prevent oxidation (Optional: Add spicy if you want🌶🔥).

For the YOGURT SAUCE: Mix the yogurt with the cream cheese, a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Stir well and ready.
