Peel and thinly slice 1/2 pumpkin without going all the way through. Sprinkle garlic with parsley 🌿 and your favorite spices. Roast (me in airfryer)

When ready, fill each slice with goat cheese (or your favorite cheese) and raisins. Put it back in for 5 minutes so it melts well and gets crunchy! Take out and enjoy!
