We start preparing our ingredients, chop the onion and peppers into small pieces and add them to the pot with olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic.

While the vegetables are frying, remove the fat from the fillets and cut them into cubes to put them in the pot and cook them with the vegetables.

Add the tomato and bay leaves, stir well until everything is more or less homogeneous and then pour the white wine.

Once the wine has been added, wait a few seconds and add the water until it covers the meat and the vegetables, then add the potatoes, which should be peeled and cut in half.

Depending on which pot you do it in you will have to wait more or less, I do it in express pot so after the noise 20 min, but if you do it in a normal pot, it will be more or less 2h and we will have in that case to cover the pot with more water. -Once the time has passed, we just have to finish, plate and enjoy😉.
