Mold of about 15cm Base: mix 60g dates, hazelnuts, cocoa and coconut oil. Grind to a consistent paste. Mold.

Cheese: hydrate 5 sheets of gelatine in very cold water. Then dissolve in the very hot vegetable drink. In a bowl, mix the milk, cream, mascarpone, 90g dates (date paste), cinnamon and vanilla. When we have it, we pour it into the mold. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or 1:30 hours in the freezer.

Top layer (jam): hydrate 1 sheet of gelatin, take the strawberries to the microwave and heat, pour the gelatin over the strawberries and dissolve. Put on top and put back in the fridge for 1:30h in the freezer or 4 in the fridge. Enjoy!
