Remove the skin and put them in a blender glass. Together with the garlic. Blend everything and add the spices, vinegar and salt.

In a trickle, add the oil at the same time you are whisking, in this way we will achieve an emulsion with the sauce (it will mount a little bit, it will take body and will change color to an orange tone).

If you don't have hot paprika, it is optional, some people don't like it spicy. You can also add half a chili pepper or a pinch of cayenne powder.
