Preheat the oven to maximum. Meanwhile, cut a slice of 100% whole wheat bread. I use wheat bread, but you can use whatever you like.

Peel a clove of garlic and spread it a little on the bread. The more garlic you spread, the spicier it will be.

Cut a tomato in half and spread it as we did with the garlic, until we see that the bread is stained red.

Now place the ham slices over the entire slice.

Next, cut a tomato very thinly and place it on the whole slice, just as we did with the ham.

Cut 3 very thin slices of cheese and place them on top of the slice, so that it covers all the ingredients. I use sheep's milk cheese, but you can use any milk you like.

Finally, we put the slice in for 5 minutes at maximum. We only want the cheese to melt a little.

Chef's tip 👩🍳: when you take the pan tumaca out of the oven, add a pinch of salt and a dash of EVOO.
