Sauté all the vegetables (except the tomato), when they are tender add 100 ml. of water and cook. When the water evaporates, add the tomato in pieces and fry.

Rinse the beans well until no foam comes out and set aside.

Add paprika and 200 ml. of water to the vegetables. Put over medium heat for about 10 min. Remove the bay leaf and mash everything.

Once the vegetables are mashed, add drained beans. Boil everything for about 5 minutes and eat!
