1. Wash all the vegetables well, and then cut the peppers and mint into very small pieces.

2. Now grate the tomatoes on one side and the onion on the other side.

4. In a bowl mix all the ingredients that we have cut and grated, except the lemon and the mint.

5. While they take the flavor, we put the amount of water needed for the Cous-Cous in the fire. Once hot, pour the Cous-Cous until it takes its shape.

6. Place the Cous-Cous in a bowl, add a little oil (a couple of spoonfuls approx.), and also the lemon juice. We let it rest.
