Put the beaten eggs in a frying pan with a little EVOO over medium heat and stir until you get the desired texture of your scrambled eggs.

Toast the slice of bread and add the ingredients, in my case I put the avocado as a base, the ricotta cheese, the slices of natural tomato and finally the scrambled eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste
