Grind the cauliflower in a food processor until fine, in the form of rice.

In a frying pan with the oil, brown the chopped garlic and then add the crushed cauliflower until it is cooked (add pepper and salt).

Separately, chop the rest of the vegetables and put them in a microwave-safe container (I use the lekué), steam for 5 minutes in the microwave.

While the vegetables are steaming, brown the mushrooms and chopped chicken breast in a frying pan.

Remove the vegetables from the microwave and add them to the pan with the chicken and mushrooms, sauté for a few minutes, add the curry, and add the coconut milk.

Sauté for about 8 minutes until reduced.

Serve it together with the cabbage and... ready to eat!
