Oatmeal pancakes with vanilla

Preparación de la receta

Pour the milk into a glass. Open the vanilla pod and add the seeds (I also leave the pod, so that it gets more flavor).

While we let the milk with the vanilla stand, we pour in a cup the oat flour (you can use oat flakes and grind them if you don't have flour), the yeast and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well.

In a bowl, add an egg and beat it. Then, add the milk (remove the pod if we have previously left it in the glass). Stir everything and add the flour mixture. Mix everything well until there are no lumps.

To make the pancakes, we take a frying pan and put it over medium heat (I use a non-stick pan so I don't add anything to the pan, but you can add a little butter or coconut oil).

When it is hot, pour the mixture into the pan using a ladle/spoon so that they are all more or less the same size. When bubbles start to appear, turn them over and wait a few seconds. Once they are ready, place them on a plate and that's it! Then we can decorate them to taste (I simply add a spoonful of honey).
