Vanilla ice cream with crunchy granola and chocolate bars

For the ice cream Beat the Greek yogurt with a whisk and gradually add the milk or vegetable drink. Add the vanilla extract a little to taste. Put in the freezer, removing every half hour and stirring well so that it does not crystallize.

For the bars Melt 100 or 200 gr of 85% chocolate (depending on the amount of granola you use) with a tablespoon of coconut oil and mix it with your favorite granola. Put it in a mold with parchment paper and spread it to a thickness of about 1 cm. Refrigerate for half an hour. Cut them to the size you want. They are delicious!

My granola is made with: Half a glass of : -nuts - hazelnuts - sunflower seeds -pumpkin seeds 400 gr of oatmeal 4 dates Soak the dates for 10 minutes. Chop the hazelnuts and walnuts a little, mix with the oats and seeds. Crush the dates and add them to the mixture. Add 2 tablespoons of EVOO and a little water (5 or 6 tablespoons). Stir everything and spread it on a baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes at 160 degrees stirring every 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container and it will last for several weeks.
