Hydrate texturized soybeans in hot water for 10-20'. Then drain and set aside. In the meantime, slice bell pepper and onion to taste. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add garlic powder if you do not have natural garlic.

Cook the vegetables in a frying pan with oil until soft. Then add the tomato and curry and mix everything, adding the soy also. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add coconut milk (I added about 1 glass). Put on low heat and cover until the sauce thickens a little. Ready!
