We take the oat flour and mix it with the egg whites. I do it with a manual whisk.

Once all the dough is well mixed and without lumps, add a little EVOO in a frying pan and spread the oil well with a brush.

Over medium-low heat, start adding the batter from a fixed point. Once bubbles start to appear, it will be the signal for us to turn our pancake over.

Note 1: sometimes I add a little unsweetened almond milk (Alpro) to have a little more quantity and to make them juicier. Note 2: you can make a whole pancake with all the dough, it is faster and it is just as tasty. Note 3: accompanying your pancakes with natural fruit will be the healthiest option! ☺️
