Pasta with spinach and camembert sauce

Heat the water in a saucepan with a bay leaf and when it boils add the pasta.

Chop half a medium onion and poach it in a frying pan with olive oil.

When the onion is almost ready, add a handful of spinach.

While the spinach is cooking, cut a quarter of camembert cheese and a slice of masdam cheese and add to the pan.

Then add a splash of milk and let the cheese melt while stirring.

Add salt and garlic powder to taste.

When the cheese has melted, remove from the heat and stir. More milk can be added when stirring if it is too thick.

When the pasta is ready, remove it, drain and serve adding the sauce on top.

Garnish with a little oregano and pepper and ENJOY!
