Sauté the onion and the bell pepper. Once sautéed, add crushed tomato to make a sauce. Set aside.

In another casserole we make rice, the quantities depend on the number of people you are.

Once the rice is done, mix the rice with the sauce.

We put in a plate the omelet, the ideal is to make it homemade or that at least it is integral.

Spread the middle of the tortilla with cheese spread, add the rice on top, followed by the guacamole, beans and corn.

We close the burrito (there are plenty of videos on Youtube to learn how to close them, I do it my way).
