We put the triangles in the preheated oven at 200 on parchment paper, lower the oven to 150 and let them bake for about 10 minutes.

When we see that the nachos are already crunchy, we turn off the oven, take them out and put the cheddar cheese on them. Put them back in the oven and the cheese will melt.

To the guacamole, add the tomato and onion, cut very small, and that's it!
