Remove the shells from the shrimp. Peel the zucchini (optional, since they can be left with the skin on by washing them very well) and the onions, wash both ingredients and chop them into small squares. Set aside.

In a frying pan put the extra virgin olive oil and turn the shrimp a few times, then add the onion that we had prepared and after a few minutes add the zucchini.

In the meantime, put the pasta in a saucepan to cook with a little salt. Once cooked, drain and set aside. When our zucchini, onion and shrimp dressing is almost ready, add three cans of tuna in olive oil, well drained, mix well and let it cook together for 2 or 3 minutes.

Once our dressing is ready, we will serve it over our noodles plate by plate. And enjoy.
