Mash the dates with the milk and eggs. Add the oats, coconut flour and baking powder and mix it all together.

Chop the chocolate and reserve a little to put on top. Pour the rest into the batter.

Put the dough in muffin tins (I had enough for 7 large ones) and put the reserved chocolate on top.

In a preheated oven at 180°C, bake the muffins for 10-12 minutes. You can check that they are done by poking them with a toothpick.
