Add the oil and salt to the water (warm water).

After another minute or so you have to tap lightly on the tortilla, I do it with my hand but if it is very hot you can help with a spoon. This will make the tortilla start to inflate. When it inflates almost all of it, it will be ready and you will have to remove it.

The result is beautiful and delicious homemade tortillas 🤩.

Once all the flour is incorporated, knead for approximately 5-10 minutes. Until the dough will be small pieces when you press it.

This should be the final result. Let stand covered with a cloth for 10 min.

Form balls of approximately 50g each.

Punch and put the ball between two plastic bags. I split a plastic bag in two.

Press with whatever suits you best, I do it with a chopping board.

Carefully transfer to the pan, I lift the whole bag and place the tortilla in my hand. The pan has to be hot at medium temperature.

After about 1 minute, turn to cook the other side.
