Peel the onion and cut it into julienne strips. In a frying pan we poach it while we peel the potatoes, cut it into slices (not too thin so they don't burn) and put it on the oven tray. Once the onion is poached, add it on top of the potato in the tray.

Put the peeled garlic, parsley and 2/3 tablespoons of oil in the blender and blend. Put the turbot on top of the onion and potatoes and add the ajimoji that we have prepared on top. Bake in the oven at 200° for 20 minutes. If you see that it lacks a little bit leave it another 5/10', it depends on each oven and the piece of turbot.
