The pizza dough I used is turmeric from the thinking food brand. You have to take it out 2-3 hours before to defrost it but you can use any homemade dough.

Once the dough is thawed, spread it with the help of a little flour and place it on a tray with baking paper and a drizzle of EVOO to prevent it from sticking. Set aside

Cut the onion and fry it a little until it gets colored. Set aside

Grill the tenderloins. When they are ready, let them cool and cut them into pieces. Reserve

We take our pizza dough, add the tomato, onion, mushrooms, chicken and oregano (in that order it will be great).

We put it in the oven and just when it is about to be ready (the time depends on the oven) we take it out and add the burrata on top.
