Tropical cheesecake in the microwave

I leave here the ingredients so that you know what is from each place: Base. 25 gr of pistachios. 3 gr coconut oil. 20 gr of date paste. Filling. 90 gr light cheese spread. 25 gr skimmed milk. 10 gr whole oat flour. 1 egg size L. 5 gr vanilla essence. Topping. 1 slice of pineapple.

Chop the pistachios, coconut oil and date paste in a food processor. Transfer the dough to our bowl and make the base.

Beat all the ingredients of the filling with the mixer until they are integrated and pour it in the bowl on top of the base. Put the bowl in the micro and place it at the end of the dish and give it 30 seconds heat strokes. The first one at high/medium power and then go down until it is well done and does not dance. You will have to control it because it will want to go up and out of the glass. When it happens you stop it and you go giving it until it is done. Between stopping and turning it on it took me 3-4 minutes.

Remove and pour the jam on top (which in my case is nothing more than a slice of crushed pineapple).

The whole bowl has 533 Kcal, so I recommend taking it twice.
