Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

In a baking dish put a dash of vanilla essence and spread it over the entire surface.

Add the juice of half a lemon and mix with the vanilla and spread again.

In another bowl beat 4 eggs and then add the mascarpone and mix well until well blended.

Add 3 ounces of chopped chocolate to the mixture and mix again.

Spread the mixture in the baking pan over the vanilla and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes (depending on the oven). Let stand 10 minutes more with the oven off and then take it out and let it cool. To keep it cool, put it in the fridge (the interior texture is similar to that of a flan).
