In a large bowl (which we will use later to serve) add the egg with the yolks and the two cheeses previously chopped with a little salt and pepper and mix everything well to create a cream.

Add the pasta to the bowl with our cream, if necessary a spoonful of the water used to boil the spaghetti (this step is not usually necessary).

Finally, add the bacon to the bowl and stir everything to combine the flavor and serve! They are delicious 😇
