Add half of the water (it is important that it is lukewarm) and knead. Add the rest of the water and knead again.

Knead for about 2-3 minutes and let it rest for 5 minutes (repeat 2 times) and let the dough rest to ferment in a bowl greased with EVOO. When it doubles in size it will be ready (about 2 hours).

Divide the risen dough into balls (according to the bases you want to make) and let each ball rest for about 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough to the desired shape and add the ingredients to your liking 😉. ▶️ You can also fill the edges with cheese 😏
