INGREDIENTS (1 WHOPPER) - 200g organic Asturian beef mince (in my case, seasoned to make the burger with a little natural mustard sauce, oregano and black pepper in small amount) - 1 100% natural hamburger bun of spelt and seeds (I buy it in a cool bakery in the area but you can also make it homemade, one day I will upload the recipe 😉) - 1/2 small onion - 1/2 Tomato - 1 sweet and sour gherkin WITHOUT ADDITIVES or homemade prepared - 1 slice of gouda cheese with NO ADDITIVES - Lamb's lettuce - Himalayan salt - EVOO TO ACCOMPANY: - SALAD: Lamb's lettuce, grated carrot, onion, tomato, EVOO, Himalayan salt and apple cider vinegar. - SAUCES: Homemade ketchup and homemade sweet mustard BOTH RECIPES WITHOUT SUGAR as soon as I have some time I will upload them as well 😉.

Open the bread in half, prepare the salad with the lamb's lettuce, onion and grated carrot, and cut the gherkin into slices and set aside. 2. Put the meat on the grill or on the griddle with a drop of EVOO to cook it. When you turn it over, add a little salt and put the cheese on top (on the side that is already done) so that it melts slowly. 3. Place the hamburger on the bun, top with the sliced gherkin, onion, a slice of tomato, lamb's lettuce and cover the hamburger. 4. Add a few pieces of tomato to the salad and dress with EVOO, Himalayan salt and apple cider vinegar. 5. Add your homemade sweet mustard and ketchup sauces and enjoy your Whopper!!! 😋
