Baked eggplants with tomato and mozzarella cheese

Put the crushed tomato in a bowl with a drizzle of oil and a little salt and place in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Cut the eggplants into 2 cm slices and grill them with a little oil.

In a baking dish put tomato on the base, a layer of eggplant, and mozzarella, season with spices and put another layer of eggplant, tomato, mozzarella and spices. Finish with a little grated cheese if desired.
